View source for xAP Internet Dialup OSD

This console mode application listens for Internet Dialup Connection messages on the xAP network from the Dialup Internet Connection Monitoring message schema. When a dialup connection or disconnection event is detected it extracts the event details and sends out a xAP-OSD message targetted at any TiVos and [[xAP Slimserver Connector|Squeezeboxes]] in the house.
