xAP ParaOut and xAPK74 released

xAPParaOut and xAPK74 are connectors that implement BSC output support for the PC parallel ports. xAPParaOut is for the basic parallel port and xAPK74 is a version for the K74 or 3074 8 way relay board.

Both connectors use the xAPIntranet ocx and the IO.DLL from geekhideout which allows the connector to work in all versions of Windows
