Dialup Internet Connection Monitoring Schema

This describes a collection of xAP message schema that provide dialup Internet connection monitoring. These message notify when a dialup connection is established. Whilst online a regular message is sent indicating this status. When the connection is terminated a disconnected message is finally sent.

Additionally you can command the specified connection to be disconnected by sending a different message.

Unless otherwise stated a name/value pair is assumed to be mandatory.

These messages instruct a connection to either be established or, if connected, disconnected immediately. This latter command is very useful to remotely control a shared Internet connection without having to wait for it to either time-out or instruct it manually at source.
